Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Technology
The Senior Recruiter - Technology role will provide recruiting support with full responsibility for candidate sourcing, interviewing, assessment, offer negotiations and managing the hiring process for primarily mid to senior level technical positions within Technology, Marketing, Audit and other corporate areas as needed. Serve as a consultant to hiring managers and senior leaders by advising them on effective search strategies, sourcing and recommending top talent.
Responsibilities
• Full life-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions within Technology, Marketing and Audit; creating targeted sourcing strategies for mid/senior and hard-to-fill positions; conducting industry and candidate prospect research; identifying and utilizing multiple recruitment sources, especially cold calls, to identify qualified, interested candidates; screening, evaluating and recommending candidates.
• Developing active and passive candidate pipelines for pending positions.
• Source, screen, evaluate and recommend candidates and maintain a solid network of contacts within the industry. Conduct reference checks on top candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects, supported by resources from internal and external teams.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand position requirements, set expectations, and maintain communications throughout the talent acquisition process
• Develop position profiles and postings that are attractive to potential candidates
• Conduct phone screens, provide candidate assessments, and recommend viable candidates to hiring manager for further consideration
• Source candidates through job postings, referrals, and direct sourcing using proactive tactics (social media, networking, and cold calling, etc.)
• Lead candidate interview feedback session; provide follow up on interview as necessary
• Manage all candidate communications and information to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the Talent Acquisition process
• Conduct administrative tasks typical of staffing roles including drafting position descriptions, candidate profiles and reference summaries, maintaining records, data entry, scheduling travel coordination, and documentation; and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of successful experience in sourcing and recruiting for mid/senior level roles with strong focus in technology; combination of search agency and corporate experience strongly preferred
• Experience within the financial services industry highly preferred
• Demonstrated capability in managing the full cycle recruiting process to include marketing a position, candidate interviewing and assessment and offer process
• Proven ability to attract top talent with little reliance on search agencies
• Expert at talent acquisition, compensation solutions, and ability to drive projects forward.
• Must have a strong foundation and understanding of direct candidate sourcing, with proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
• Very strong relationship building, influencing and communication skills required.
• Technology savvy – excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and social media sites (LinkedIn)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) are a must
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
