Responsibilities
The HR Advisor will provide advanced administrative and professional level support to the Human Resources Manager and for the US business unit.​ The successful applicant will be responsible for a variety of complex applications: administering OFFCCP compliant selection process and screening; high-level troubleshooting of benefits matters; managing payroll for office, off-shore, and expatriate employees; maintaining transaction records and employee files; as well as assisting with other confidential documents and matters.​ The HR Advisor will also assist with employee relations matters as a member of the HR team.​
The HR Advisor will handle all matters with the utmost integrity and confidentiality while exemplifying and promoting a professional, positive culture across the organization.​
Qualifications Required
* 5+​ years experience in human resources.​
* Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related area of study.​
* At least 5 years experience using Word and Outlook and proven advanced capability with Excel.​
* Excellent communication skills and demonstrated examples of promoting a positive culture.​
* Experience processing payroll through software or web-based version.​
* Experience with employee benefits enrollment and maintenance.​
* Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws.​
* Fluent written and spoken English and ability to compose draft correspondence that is concise, grammatically correct, and without error.​
* Ability to travel ad hoc as needed for field visits or conferences.​
Qualifications Preferred
* Experience with recruitment and ability to represent the company in a highly professional manner.​
Experience submitting EEO-1 and Vets 100 reports.​
Experience managing compliant job files.​
World-class oil and gas company experience.​
