This position is suited if you are currently a HR Advisor / HR Officer seeking your first HR Management level role.Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner – Key Objectives and Responsibilities•Partnering with and supporting the management team to help develop and implement business strategy, commercial targets and goals, objectives and goals•Support and have a significant input into the HR strategy and ensure its execution and focus is on maximising the commercial and financial performance of the business•You will be pro-active in identifying people issues and trends which affect business performance and work with your key stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions to these•Manage and advise on complex employee relations matters such as conducting complex wage negotiations to a successful conclusion•Provide expert advice, guidance and coaching to line managers on full range of employee relations issues - enabling performance to be maximised •Develop positive productive relationships through an open & pro-active relationship with Trade Unions •Develop the resourcing strategy to ensure the demands of the business are met whilst attracting the best talent and developing the full potential of current employees•Review and maintain polices and procedures in line with business needs and employment legislationSenior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner – Key Skills and Experience Required•Degree essential•You will ideally be CIPD qualified or equivalent – eg MSc / MA in HR or related areas•You must have a minimum of three years experience at HR Officer / HR Advisor level•You will have built and advanced your career with large organisations who are either blue chip, have a national presence or a matrix structure•Be able to demonstrate how you have supported and inputted into a HR strategy that has had a successful impact on business performance. You will do this by proving details of achievements, results, commercial & financial performance facts & figures.•An ambitious individual, you will have the drive, determination and focus to implement change programmes•You will approach your role as HR Business Partner with commercial flair, energy and the ability to maintain that momentum.•As a strategic thinker you must be able to demonstrate how you have been able to translate strategy into actions and achievements with solid in depth examples of implementing initiatives and project work.Please apply for this is brilliant opportunity by e mailing your cv.
