Regional Training and Event Manager Urban Decay Cosmetics North region (including north England Scotland and Ireland) Salary Competitive The Role As a regional training and events manager you will be required educate lead and coach new and current sales consultants in the business. You will be required to train on multiple key business objectives including makeup artistry skills sales technique and customer service. You will also be required to head events instore driving large teams to achieve set goals. The role involves extensive travel throughout the region with weekly overnight stays. You may also be required to support all areas in the UK business. The Candidate The ideal candidate will come from a previous training background (ideally within the cosmetic industry) and have a passion for the urban decay brand. You will be a makeup junkie with the highest skills in makeup artistry You will have Passion flair and determination for results. Analytical mind and positive attitude coupled with the proven ability to lead a team to deliver high class sales results and customer service while promoting the brand.
