Regional HR Advisor – Colchester/South East - £25-£27k + car and attractive benefitsThis well known and successful business is looking to expand its busy HR team by recruiting for a Regional HR Advisor (Colchester/South East). This is a field based HR Advisor role based out of Colchester and covering additional sites across the South East of England. You will have total accountability for all transactional HR issues across the network of sites including the following* Managing a varied and high volume ER caseload* Dealing with Disciplinaries and Greivances* Supporting operational managers with Recruitment and Training* Providing advice on absence and performance management issuesYou will liaise closely with line managers in order to understand their needs and support them fully from an HR perspective. Our client will be looking for someone with a proven track record of dealing with staff at all levels and the ability to adapt your approach dependent on the issue at hand.
