Recruiting Specialist (Houston, TX)
Assists assigned clients with filling position vacancies through the creation and placement of customized job postings and advertisements, appropriate sourcing methods, screening techniques, and candidate interviews. Works with clients to educate them on the range of recruiting products and services, and promotes utilization of full recruiting services. Educates clients on compliance issues associated with hiring, background checks, pre-employment drug testing, etc.
Responsibilities:
Provides insight to clients by developing a recruiting strategy including budget, efficient and effective sourcing methods, suggested advertising media, and secures approval from client.
Executes the recruiting strategy by developing the search strategy, sourcing (including but not limited to job postings, advertisements, resume mining, database searching, etc.).
Analyzes competitive data, industry trends, and market conditions to communicate to and educate clients on market conditions as relates to compensation and scarcity of workers.
Customizes job postings and advertisements to the clients’ industry, position’s classification and requirements in preparation for posting/advertising through the agreed upon media available to Insperity clients.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) is required.
Three to five years of related work experienced is required.
