Salary/Rate: £22000.00 - £25000.00 per annum

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Recruiter, within a growing and successful company based in Maidenhead.

Working on key accounts for the business, you will be responsible for meeting with line managers, offering advice on Job Specs, tailoring role requirements, meeting members of teams to identify key personality traits that will help you to build team fit. You will be responsible for advertising roles, sourcing candidates, setting up interviews and maintaining communication and administration throughout the process, in line with the set SLA guidelines.

Successful candidates will have experience of Agency, On site or Internal recruitment roles.
