The
Manager of Corporate Recruiting will be responsible for recruiting top talent
for the leading provider and market leader of workforce management
technology.  This position will work very close with all levels of
management facilitating the process of recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
exceptional employees for the organization.  This
leader will stretch recruiting innovation while attracting sales, IT, and
operational talent locally, nationally and internationally. Identify and
implement innovative recruiting strategies and manage the staffing metrics and
analytics.


Responsibilities:


Create and implement a comprehensive Global recruitment strategy.
Evaluate and assess effectiveness of current recruitment and talent retention
systems to continuously improve talent acquisition efforts.
Develop measurement system (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of recruiting
efforts.
Work with leadership team to evaluate recruiting processes, effectiveness and
address gaps in available talent and develop and implement initiatives to close
those gaps.
Manage global initiatives related to operational effectiveness within talent
acquisition.
Recruit talent from a variety of organizations, including universities,
external recruiters, and professional organizations.
Integrate scalable sourcing platforms (e.g., Linked-In, social media, Alumni
Network) into functional recruiting strategy.
Create and oversee college intern program.


Maintain
a strong network and a consistent talent pool of candidates.


 


Required
Skills & Knowledge:
Minimum of 10 years of recruiting experience and 5 years of experience managing a recruiting team that
targets diverse, hard to find talent pools
Must be comfortable with change and growth
Must have a proven track record showing ability to scale role
Ability to effectively communicate and interact successfully at all levels of
the organization
Must have managed full-life cycle recruiters in corporate environment and been
ultimately responsible for the collective organizational recruiting results
An obvious passion to recruit best in breed talent which translates into a
strategy to continuously pipeline robust IT and professional recruits


Ability to build
and implement fresh, creative approaches for sourcing and selection strategies
that meet business needs and create a continuous pipeline of high caliber
talent for the company using passive recruiting techniques
Ability to manage hiring strategy against both current and future hiring
demands
Travel expected approximately 15-20% of time
Must be able to manage a team of 4-6 recruiters in multiple locations
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
