Learning & Development Co-ordinator
The Learning & Development Co-ordinator will be responsible for carrying out training needs analysis, implementing online training processes, sourcing training suppliers, managing the training budget, working towards Investors In People accreditation and the opportunity to get involved in some delivery of training. In addition to this you will have some generalist HR knowledge to support the current HR team as and when necessary.The ideal candidate will be part CIPD qualified with CITP or equivalent. You will be experienced in learning and development and training issues and have the ability to lead and develop the learning and development function.Our client are a not for profit organisation based in HertfordshireThe role is offered on a permanent basis at circa £34,000.Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.Michael Page International is a world leading recruitment consultancy.
