Learning & Development Co-Ordinator
You will be responsible for providing an efficient and well organised learning and development solution to this consumer organisation. it is a broad training life cycle role implementing frameworks and and tolls to help employees develop their careers and skill sets. You will also be responsible for the administrative part of the L&D team and analyse feedback after training sessions.You will come from a learning and development background and be looking to develop your skill set in a broader L&D environment. Exposure to building networks internally and externally with training providers is essential.A leading consumer business in Hertfordshire.A basic salary in the region of £27,000.Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.Michael Page International is a world leading recruitment consultancy.
