Learning & Development Co-Ordinator

You will be responsible for providing an efficient and well organised learning and development solution to this consumer organisation. it is a broad training life cycle role implementing frameworks and and tolls to help employees develop their careers and skill sets. You will also be responsible for the administrative part of the L&D team and analyse feedback after training sessions.You will come from a learning and development background and be looking to develop your skill set in a broader L&D environment.
