Our client is an established International Bank with a strong employee brand and well-positioned for future growth in Asia. An excellent opportunity now exists for a high-caliber individual to join the organization as an International Assignment Consultant. Reporting to the Regional International Assignment Manager you will be responsible for the end to end case management of international assignments in the South East Asia region at all levels.

Specifically, you will undertake assignment briefings, explaining all compensation and technical elements and act as the first point of contact for the assignees, HR and the business on all assignment related issues. Review package preparation, including cost projections, compensation balance sheets and assignment letters and deliver to HR and the business. Additionally, you will coordination all vendors to support the assignee requirements in line with the organisation’s policies and manage back office activity to ensure adequate support is provided to the International Assignment team. You will also be required to initiate, manage and develop key relationships with HR and key business stakeholders at all levels.

You are a specialist in understanding all aspects of expatriate policies and procedures with the ability to effectively convey technical matters such as tax equalization and COLA etc. Experience in dealing with all issues inherent to the assignment life cycle gained either within a in-house or consulting environment is required. Gravitas to partner with the business and senior level assignee's will be essential.
