Interim Recruitment Manager (9-12months) - North WestOur client, a leading player in its field is looking for an interim Recruitment Manager for a 9 month period, with the possibility of it being extended to a max of 12 months. Working with the key stakeholder within the business, you will be heading up the Resourcing function for the contact centres and support functions across a number of sites. You will have the responsibility for a small team. The ideal candidate will have worked within a contact centre environment and will have operated within a fast paced target driven environment, as well as being involved with volume recruitment. You will be involved in the design and delivery of assessment centres as well as the delivery of bespoke material for the support functions and senior management roles. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organization that is going through a period of significant change. There will also be the opportunity to review current competency frameworks and assessment tools.
