Our Housing client is looking for an Interim Learning and Development Resource Officer for a period of nine months. Our client is one of the most progressive and respected social businesses in the country.
The purpose of the role is to assist our client to achieve its business objectives and corporate initiatives through people and organisational learning and development.
It is essential the successful candidate has a proven track record of designing and producing learning resources that enhance the learning experience and are aligned to the achievement of business objectives. You will have experience of designing learning to support people to use IT systems and of using technology to gather information and to create interactive learning opportunities. The individual will have an understanding of the potential and limitations of interactive/ e-learning and will have the ability to establish strong, positive working relationships with throughout the businesses. It is also essential that you are computer literate, including experience of learning new software packages.
It would be desirable for the candidate to have experience of the housing and/or care and support sector and of using National Occupational Standards and competencies to underpin and improve business efficiency and performance management. Experience of designing web-based solutions would also be of advantage.
