This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Interim HR Advisor - Restructureto join a project team for a short-term contract looking at a restructure within the organisation of my Public Sector client.You will primarily be involved in 1-2-1 redundancy consultations with the staff and will be responsible for interviewing those who wish to apply for roles within the new structure.The ideal candidate will have experience of restructures and redundancies within the public sector.
