Location: Crawley
My client is recruiting an Interim HR Advisor for a 12 month contract to be based in Surrey or Sussex (whichever is the closest to home).
Working in a small HR team, reporting to the HR Manager you will be providing a generalist proactive HR service to the business across 2 sites.
You will work closely with the leadership team and senior managers and play a key part in the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing proactive and commercially focused solutions on a range of activities that take into part employment legislation, business needs and the direction and strategy of the business
Lead the development of the HR strategy locally ensuring it links to the other national HR teams
Employee relations: manage disciplinary and grievances as they arise, performance and absence issues, restructuring and terminations
Implement local HR initiatives such as employee satisfaction survey, performance reviews etc
Co-ordinate local salary review process, benefit improvements and revise contractual terms and conditions
Assist with recruitment and attraction of talent
Be involved with company wide and local projects
