Human Resources manager - Levant - Beirut or Damascus - Arabic speaking essential

Reporting to the Regional HR Director and with dotted lines to General Managers of the Levant countries you will be responsible for implementing global HR process that will add real value and help achieve business objectives. This will include acting as an advisor to the General Managers, implementing Talent management and compensation/benefits programs for each country. This is a start up HR role which will require travel between countries and the ability to build trust and credibility with the local General Managers along with understanding the global business objectives. You must be fluent in English & Arabic, French is an advantage. You must have gained your HR experience within a multinational environment, ideally manufacturing oriented. You are an excellent relationship builder and seek an opportunity to have responsibility for HR in a growing, yet challenging environment. Best suited for someone who is still moving upwards in their career.
