Job Location: Head Office – Pakin Building
Report to: Human Resources Development Manager
Job Responsibilities :-
* Organize internal/external HRD events as per corporate development plan such as induction program, training, seminar, workshop, and meeting etc., responsible for end-to-end process to ensure smooth logistic of the event.
* Maintain accuracy and up-to-date of databases of competency profile, competency mapping, 360 evaluation and staff training records. Ensure all training & competency reports are done properly and available when needed. Liaison with labour department, to ensure all statutory reports are submitted in timely manner and compliance with regulations
* Source and maintain database of potential training providers/industry experts/distinguished speakers, as well as hotels and other services, in order to acquire the best solution & support that meets HRDsobjectives
* Provide full range of support to help internal customers to achieve their learning & development objectives include providing training-related information & reports, giving advice, coordination with involved parties etc.
* Handle HRD projects (as assigned by manager) to promote learning & development solutions, employee engagement, staff activities etc.
Job Qualifications :-
* Passionate, Accountable, Result-oriented and Get things done
* Good command of MS office
* Good interpersonal & communication
* Sound knowledge in modern HR practices and tools such as Competency-based Management,
* Individual Development Plan, KPIs etc.
* Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Social Science or related field
Experience :-
* 2 -3 years hands-on experience in Training & Development, Employee Relations or HRM
* Strong experience in organizing internal/public events i.e. training, workshop, seminar, trip, staff activities, customer or company events
