Human Resources Business Partner Generalist

The HR Business Partner Generalist will provide interactive front line HR services to leaders and employees as well as tactical and strategic human resources expertise on a wide range of HR programs and policies.


 


Minimum Requirements:


Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of 4 years relevant work experience and college coursework in a related area
Additionally, 5 years of broad experience in Human Resources, preferably in a large, dynamic business environment
Certification in a professional specialty preferred
An effective HR practitioner with a solid track record of successfully handling a broad range employee issues
Ability to successfully influence and coach leaders and employees
Ability to establish strong relationships with all levels of an organization
Strong analytical skills
Project management experience
Strong communication and business writing skills
Demonstrated commitment to Safety, Integrity & Trust, Respect & Accountability



Nuclear Requirement:


Every PVNGS employee may be called upon to serve as a member of the Emergency Response Organization (ERO) and will be expected to fulfill their obligation as an ERO member. This is a condition of employment at PVNGS. Roles and responsibilities defined in Policy 1503 and implementing policy guide are applicable to all PVNGS employees.


 


Any PVNGS employee may be called upon to support a refueling or short-notice outage.  This includes line roles and responsibilities as necessary to execute outage activities.
