Human Resource Administrator

Well established company located in Chicago’s west suburbs seeks an HR Administrator to assist with companywide employee benefits plan in the health and welfare areas.  Specifically our managed benefit programs include traditional options plus income protection, short/long term disability, leave of absence, Uniform Program, non-exempt recruitment and administration of our Worker’s Compensation program, etc.  Position will act as a liaison between employees, insurance providers and to resolve benefit related problems and ensure effective utilization of plans and positive employee relations, and provide admin support to HR department as needed.   

Qualifications include minimum of three years experience with employee benefits plans, administering 401(k), Workers’ Comp, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA and related State and Federal regulations.  Must have bi-lingual Spanish/English communication skills.  To be successful, you must also possess excellent presentation, time management; organization, Microsoft, HRIS, and team oriented and people skills.  Strong knowledge and understanding of insurance regulations, plan designs and third party record keeping/administration are required.
