HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER, DEPARTMENT HEAD

A Japanese MNC in electronic applicances is looking for a Human Resources, Departmental Head with a staff strength of more than 800 and a manufacturing plant in Singapore.

Job Description

* Knowledge of all functional roles of HR especially in a manufacturing environment

* Ability to negotiate with unions is an asset

* Knowledge of industrial relations, benefits and compensations & full spectrum of HR

* Minimum 5 years experience as a HR Manager

* Ability to speak Japanese is an asset

* Great promotional plans to be a GM depending on achieving KPIs.

* Must be good with numbers
