The incumbent will be supervising a team of staff to handle full spectrum of human resources functions and handle ad hoc projects.

Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
*
Minimum 5 years of all-round human resources experience in sizable companies, with at least 2 years in supervisory / managerial capacity
*
Solid experience in compensation & benefits, payroll administration and human resources information system highly preferred
*
Experience in retail industry is an advantage
*
Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
Self-motivated, attentive to details and well-organized
*
Able to work independently and flexibly under high pressure to meet tight deadlines, enjoy and participate in teamwork
*
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
*
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
