A leading Asset Management firm is seeking to recruit a high caliber Human Resources Manager.
Responsibilities:
· You will act as an HR Advisor working directly with various business groups and handle HR issues including recruitment and staffing, compensation & benefits, employee relations, talent management, and addressing specific HR strategies for the changing business requirement.
Requirements:
· University degree qualified
· Minimum of 8 years of HR experience as a generalist or a specialist within a financial institution
· Solid experience in working with and influencing senior managers as well as developing key HR strategies
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
· A self-confident, articulate and out-going individual with the ability to work independently whilst maintaining a strong focus on teamwork
