Responsibilities:
Provide full support to the HR Manager in managing the full spectrum of HR activities.
* Recruitment & selection
* Payroll administration
* Orientation administration
* Training & development
* Immigration matters
* Employee welfare including group insurance policies, leave, medical & dental benefits administration
Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree holder in HR is a pre-requisite
* Minimum 3 years’ HR generalist experience
* Prior experience in a MNC is an added advantage
* Good knowledge of local employment legislations
* Knowledge in PAYmaster software will be an added advantage
* Well versed in Microsoft Office applications such as Words, Excel & PowerPoint
* Good command of written and spoken English; and proficiency in Mandarin is a distinct advantage
* A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff
* Must be well organized, meticulous and posses good planning skills
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Self motivated with good leadership
* Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
