Responsibilities:

• Advising store managers on HR issues

• Succession Planning

• Talent Management

• Manage Employee Relations issues

• Assist in the Training and Development process

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years experience

• FMCG background desirable

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
