HR Administrator
Located in close proximity to the CBD on Victoria Parade this ground breaking health institute have an opportunity for a switched on HR administrator to join their growing team. Your key responsibilities will include assisting the HR Team with all ad hoc administration including coordinating building maintenance, managing stationary, archiving, catering and invoices. In addition you will oversee travel, in-house events and OHS training. To be considered for the position you must have previous PA/Secretarial experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a good understanding of payroll, OH&S and confidentiality issues, Intermediate MS Office knowledge and sound customer service and problem solving ability.
