JOB TITLE: Field Based HR & Personnel ConsultantLOCATION: EdinburghSALARY AND BENEFITS: 27000 + Car / Car Allowance & BenefitsCOMPANY INFORMATION: Field Based HR & Personnel Consultant required for a market leading client. You will be bespoking HR services for clients, meeting with the clients on site and creating & critiquing relevant HR/personnel documentation. You will attend several meetings in each working day, working from a home base and travelling to the clients.YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: You will be made appointments/working with a personnel consultant at the client's head office. You should be able to manage your own workload and have experience in HR. You must have a Full UK Driving Licence for the role.IDEALLY YOU ALSO HAVE: You should have experience in a client service environment with a strong emphasis on building client relationships. You will have knowledge of the preparation of contractual documentation and a working knowledge of current employment law.ROLE INFORMATION: My client is a market leader in its selected field of expertise and has massive expansion plans.
