Director, Receivables Advisor Program
The Receivables Exchange
(TRE) develops leads through many channels, including its nationwide
Receivables Advisor Program (RAP) (www.receivablesxchange.com/ra),
with individuals and small private firms who have deep networks of owners /
senior executives of small and midsize businesses (SMB). A Receivables Advisor
(RA) is a part-time, 100% commissioned TRE representative who provides SMB
leads interested in alternative financing to TRE’s inside sales team.
The
Director, Receivables Advisor Program is responsible for identifying, recruiting
and signing Receivables Advisors to the Receivables Advisor Program through
various channels. This position involves cooperating with the TRE Marketing
Department as well as running lead generation programs independently.
Responsibilities:
Identification and penetration into target-rich member
organizations
In-person attendance at trade association / member organization
events
Pipeline management
Nationwide recruiting (in person, telephone, and online)
Meet or exceed monthly goals for newly signed RAs
20% - 25% travel required
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Outside sales experience
3+ years recruitment experience
Proven networking skills
Goal driven, self-motivated
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, time management, computer
and telephone skills
Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
Experience in the following verticals preferred: business
consultancy, financial advisors, cash flow consultants, broker networks,
other financially oriented broker networks
