Director/ Manager of Talent Acquisition in Tampa
JOB SUMMARY:
As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team this individual will be responsible for providing recruitment and selection process for the Corporate Office of OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC located in Tampa, FL. In addition, the Director/Manager will develop, implement and manage systems, processes and procedures for recruiting, including but not limited to, the hiring process, employee referral program, internal transfer program, background investigations, temporary employees and requisition process to ensure the recruitment needs of Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership are met in a cost effective and efficient manner.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION·
Develop, implement, and manage creative, value added recruitment strategies tailored to meet business needs. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to ensure timely, diverse candidate slates for all positions. Provide strategic leadership and expert consultation to clients on sourcing and selection. Work closely with the Vice President of Talent Acquisition to provide strategic leadership to the recruitment process for the corporate office· Maintains partnership and accountability with internal and external customers regarding recruitment and retention goals.Ensures the systematic collection and analysis of measurement data (cost per hire, applicant flow data, ROI, etc.) in order to make business decisions that affects both staffing and continuous process improvement. This position regularly communicates results of measurement analysis to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and other Senior Leaders and Hiring Managers to facilitate decisions that affect operational issues in their areas. Advise managers on interview techniques as needed. Develop and maintain a network of contacts with area employment resources, participate in job fairs and other association events as needed. Identify and utilize resources to source and refer qualified candidates to fill open positions. Build a candidate database for OSI to address current and future talent needs.Assists in management of recruiting budgets. · Assist in the development of recruiting collateral.Participates in data gathering and analysis to assess ROI of existing recruiting sources and identify new recruiting sources. Perform reference checks when appropriate or requested on potential hires. Plans recruiting strategies (national or regional specific) to enhance OSI’s reputation and increase acceptance rates.This position may continue to broaden in scope as the Talent Acquisition team is developed and as we evaluate our recruitment opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS·
Minimum of 10 years experience in recruiting and staffing with an HR background and/or employment experience preferred in a large retail, hospitality or multi unit corporate environment·Must have a proven track record of building and developing a talent acquisition function.Strong knowledge of hospitality/retail industry. Candidates need to possess an exceptional work ethic, detail-oriented and be competitive in a self-directed environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with assessment interviewing activities. Must have ability to quickly build rapport, trust and influence teams Must have a positive attitude and be energetic.
