Contract Corporate IT Recruiters(Atlanta, Milwaukee, Central Florida)

Velossent has several exciting opportunities for experienced technical recruiters and is scheduling interviews immediately.  There are projects in Atlanta, Milwaukee and Sarasota(any location in Central Florida is acceptable) and roles range from pure sourcing to full lifecycle recruiting. 


Velossent is currently seeking:


4 Contract full lifecycle recruiters - 2 Atlanta, 1 Milwaukee, 1 Florida
2 sourcers - both based in Atlanta


Requirements for the roles include:


5+ years corporate recruiting experience for a variety of tech positions including web and mobile app development, database developers and DBAs, security experts and systems administrators
Strong sourcing ability using traditional job sites as well as social media sources including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Meetup, etc.·     Demonstrated experience using targeted lists to cold-call for new candidates as part of the overall sourcing strategy
Knowledge of current HR regulations including OFCCP as they pertain to sourcing and hiring
Demonstrated ability to support and properly manage expectations for multiple hiring managers concurrently
Demonstrated ability to handle high volumes of hires while maintaining a strict focus on quality hires
