Compensation and Benefits Analyst

This international organisation based in West Sussex is seeking an Interim Compensation and Benefits Analyst to provide a support service to the Global Compensation and Benefits Manager in implementing the Reward Strategy and directly support HR in reward processes and projects.The RoleTo administer and support the management of the UK Company benefits including pensions, cars and private healthcare. Support the renewal processes for private health and contribute to the development of policies in line with business needs.To manage the annual salary review, hourly paid increase, bonus process and long term incentive.To manage the job evaluation process in the UK to ensure consistency in its application and to maintain a data base of job evaluations with their rationales.
